Key features include triple slideouts, large kitchen with island, master suite, generous rear bunkhouse and outdoor kitchen. Relax, and enjoy making memories with your favorite people!What's includedAll the details you could ever want to know!-Private master suite with sliding doors, queen bed with 3" foam topper, dual closet with drawer space and wall TV. Iphone docking stations (x2).-Bunkhouse with sliding door for added privacy includes sleeping for 4. Twin and single upper bed. Floor couch converts to a king size mattress with the ability to stack or rotate floor couch to make room for 1 (or 2) pack 'n plays. Built-in dresser storage. TV and DVD player so kids can wind down from a busy day, afternoon rest time or rain day fun! You will find books, children's Lifetime folding table/chairs and DVDs in the bunkhouse!-Central AC for muggy Michigan days.-Kitchen slideout with oval island offers extensive counter space for food prep. Fully stocked with all the essentials plus more, including table setting for 8, six Tupperware meal trays for outdoor or buffet style meals, disposable plates, cups, napkins, paper towel, dish soap and trashbags. Appliances: Microwave, stove, Keurig (tea, hot cider & hot chocolate pods provided-bring your own coffee pods), Coffee maker (bring your own preferred coffee), refrigerator/freezer, toaster, electric griddle and blender.-Welcome goodie basket can be found on the kitchen island for you upon your family's arrival. Please let me know in your reservation details who is in your rental party (kiddos, couple, friends) for the welcome goodies! :)-Large U-shaped dinette with table that folds down into a double bed. Plenty of room for family and friends to share a meal or play a game! Board games, playing cards, puzzles, coloring books & crayons can be found beneath the dinette seating.-Soft leather living room couch converts into a double bed. 32" TV with sound bar, radio and DVD player. Indoor/outdoor speaker system.-Bathroom has indoor and outdoor access doors with bathtub shower.-Outdoor kitchen provides additional sink, stove, refrigerator and food-prep counter top. Outdoor shower. Awning mat. LED awning. We ask that you bring your own outdoor chairs.Misc. supplies included: First Aid kit, fly swatter, toilet paper, LED nightlight with dual USB charging HUB (x2), tactical flashlight, utility worklight, grilling tools, lighter, hand sanitizer, disinfectant wipes, surface cleaner and roasting sticks.*Linens included (sheets & bath towels). If you book a campsite that is too small for the camper we will not be able to utilize it. We recommend contacting the campground host if you are unsure of the size capabilites of a certain site. They are a great resource. Looking out for you and your vacation as there are no refunds from Outdoorsy the day we deliver if the site is too small & there are no other sites available. Other things to note-Delivery is $3.50/mile up to 85 miles. Minimum delivery fee is $75. This is our delivery standard, but we are definitely willing to discuss trips greater than 80 miles, just send us a message!-Dog Friendly-ALL breeds welcome! No cats, puppies or non-housebroken pets. Must be crated when left unattended in RV. You forfeit your deposit if there is evidence or odor of pet urine.-No smoking inside. This includes vaping and marijuana.-As a registered nurse, all CDC COVID-19 cleaning and sanitization recommendations are incorporated in between guests! Hand sanitzer, paper towel, surface disinfectant and wipes available to each guest. Ventilated after each use. All surfaces cleaned and disinfected. Linens washed on sanitation cycle.-Electric awning use is permitted at your discretion, BUT not recommended. We highly recommend you retract it overnight, and when leaving the campsite for extended periods of time in case of inclement weather especially if camping near or on the Lake.-Our RV is delivery only, we do not support private party hauling. We take care of round trip delivery, deep cleaning with sanitization along with waste dumping so you can relax and enjoy your trip! At the end of your stay, please make every attempt to leave the RV as you found it—in good, clean working order. It is MUCH APPRECIATED. We have a checklist, and will go through everything with you when you arrive at your campsite. We will also e-mail tips, tricks and tutorials 2 weeks prior to your vacation date.
Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

Our unit is delivery only. We setup and tear down for you! We do not support private party hauling. We are flexible with drop-off and pickup times to and from your campsite pending campground check-in & checkout policy times.
