The Great Outdoors
When you book an RV in Sioux Center, you'll be close the beautiful Big Sioux River, along with a few state parks, including Oak Grove State Park. Covering over 100 acres of forests and prairies along the river's shoreline, Oak Grove State Park is the perfect spot for avid anglers, with catfish, bass, and perch caught here regularly. Other popular water sports include kayaking and canoeing along the river, or if you'd rather, bring along a picnic and sit riverside at one of the many picnic shelters. Hiking is popular here too, with ten groomed trails all under a mile in length for you to explore.
RV Park
There are a few places to park when you rent a camper in Sioux Center, mainly at the nearby state parks, including Oak Grove State Park. The campground here offers roughly 60 paved spaces with electric-only hookups. Most sites support max amp electric and the rest support 30 amp. Amenities include showers and restrooms, and on-site activities include swimming, fishing, and boating on the Big Sioux River.
Exploring the City
When you rent a camper in Sioux Center, you'll have easy access to both Sioux City and Sioux Falls, as both are under an hour's drive away and offer plenty to see and do. Sioux Falls has some interesting attractions, and one of the best is the Butterfly House and Aquarium. This butterfly house contains over 800 butterflies fluttering around a spacious tropical conservatory, which is a breathtaking sight and makes for great picture opportunities. There's also the aquarium filled with wondrous creatures ranging from clownfish to sharks. There are even touch tanks to take you up close and personal with stingrays.

The RV and Host were great. They were very responsive and answered all our questions preparing for the trip and throughout. We had it delivered and was great to show up to a camp site with the unit there and ready to use with the AC on and tanks filled. Our family loved using it as first time camper users. We were able to escape the heat, cook and play inside while having the option to enjoy the outdoors. The unit had everything you needed for a cooking and the right equipment for cooking. Loved having some board and yard games to entertain us!
