They proactively communicated shortly after booking w/ additional details and to tell us not to hesitate to message them w/ any questions. A week or two before they reached out again to confirm details, campsite preferences and timing. They even communicated w/ the campground for delivery and pick up. They got there before us and had it all ready for immediate use. We would not hesitate to rent from them again. Randy & Kim were so kind, thorough, excellent communicators, and the camper was spotless and stocked with everything we could need.
