This includes climbing on the roof of the RV. Also, there is a strict no smoking policy that must be adhered to. If evidence of smoking inside the rental is found, MCR reserves the right to charge up to $750 to PROPERLY clean, treat and disinfect. If you prefer to pick up or return an RV earlier or later than scheduled on your reservation an additional fee will be applied if that time is available. Late fee's will be charged at $100.00 per hour. Our cancellation policy: 50% refund of money collected up to 30 days before rental, no refund within 30 days of rental. No exceptions. If your towing or driving an rv then you must dump/empty the septic before return. We will do a septic and tank flush on return. A 30 minute disinfectant cleaning is included in your prep fee. You should bring the unit back cleaned from your trip or additional fee's apply. All drivable rentals include partial free mileage. If you go over your contracted amount you will be charged $0.39 per mile. All drivable rv with onboard generator overages are $5.50 per hour.
