Great communication and so nice to be able to just move in. Bill had everything set up prior to our arrival so we could just arrive and enjoy. The trailer was very nice, in great condition, and had everything that we were looking for as a family of four. It even had some yard games and bonfire starting needs. Hoping to rent again!
