Baseball fans will have a great time in this stadium watching the Detroit Tigers and other teams, but there?s something for everyone. A Ferris wheel, a large water fountain in center field that is synced to music, a pedestrian museum located on the main concourse.
Established in 1922, Sylvan Glen Golf Course in Troy, Michigan is a traditional, tree-lined golf course. It is a fun course to play, with a few water challenges and four rows of trees, with modest elevation changes. It is a par 71 course with the front being more challenging than the back. There are plenty of opportunities to see a variety of wildlife wandering along the greens and playing in the trees. This course will suit both beginners and experienced golfers, and you can play 9 or 18 holes. The course is just challenging enough and will give you a chance to use every club in your bag. Enjoy a round of golf out here and listen for the birds in the trees. Rent a cart and take it easy as you cruise along the path. There is a golf shop right next to the putting green, and the Camp Ticonderoga restaurant offers good, large portion food in a hunting-lodge atmosphere. Enjoy your meal on the deck and take in a helping of fresh air as well!
Located close to grocery stores, restaurants and close to popular attractions such as the Ford Museum, Lake Eerie, Detroit Zoo, and the Huron Clinton Metro Parks, amongst others. Since it's on fair grounds it's likely you will see circus performers practicing their art. Within the park there is a community garden that visitors are allowed to use. Addison Oaks County Park is a 1,140-acre natural oasis close to home where visitors can recreate for the day, camp under the stars or explore the park?s rich history. Campers can stay on individual sites or in group camping areas, yurts or cabins. acilities include pull-thru sites, big rig access, lake waterfront access, electric, 50 amp, WiFi, and water. Pets and tent camping is allowed as well. The park has numerous opportunities for outdoor recreation and leisure. Activities include a 20+ mile trail system for hiking, horseback riding, mountain biking and winter fat tire biking; swimming, boat/kayak and bike rentals, disc golf, fishing, geocaching, picnicking and group picnic shelters. A 2.4-mile connector trail connects the main park to Addison Oaks East and other nearby recreation areas. Addison Oaks is a great spot to enjoy in and of itself and for exploring this corner of Michigan.
Pontiac Lake State Recreation Area just outside of Troy, Michigan, has an up-north wilderness feel to it, even though it isn't far from the city. The campground is set back far enough from the road to feel like you really have left it all behind. Not all sites will suit a big rig, but many will. The park has a nice well-kept beach which is accessed via a hiking trail from the campground. Sites have electricity. The park has a playground, hiking trails, and also features some of Michigan's most popular mountain biking trails. These trails are best suited for experienced and intermediate bikers. Campground showers and washrooms are kept clean. Sites have concrete pads, and some are shaded with a woodsy feel while others are open and grassy. All sites have a picnic table and fire ring. Sit on the pier and catch fish, or watch the airplanes cruise by overhead. Enjoy the sandy beach area, and cool off in the water. Pavilions in the park can be reserved for large group events.

You can explore over 250 exhibitions that allow you to learn about math, science, technology, engineering and art.
