The overall experience was awesome. This was our first time camping in a trailer. We always tent camped previously. There is no going back. Uncle Jibs was great to work with. Kyle provided excellent instructions on what to do at setup and disposing of wastes. The camper was pretty clean. They hauled the trailer that we wanted up from their Portage location for us. We would have rated the experts 5 but couldn’t due to the following reasons: A/C unit did not work, there were no wheel chocks and the Bluetooth functionality on the stereo did not work (couldn’t pair my device to the stereo).
