Primary renter must be 25+ with a valid driver’s license. No smoking or vaping of any kind inside the camper (including marijuana or e-cigs). A $300 cleaning/deodorization fee will be deducted from the security deposit if violated. No pets unless approved in advance. Camper may not be used for festivals, tailgating, or off-road travel. Please return the camper reasonably clean (trash removed, dishes washed). Excessive cleaning may result in a fee. Toilet and holding tanks must be emptied before return unless pre-arranged. Do not flush wipes, paper towels, or feminine products. No roof access. Retract awning during wind, rain, or when unattended. Renter is responsible for any damage or missing items. Costs may be deducted from the security deposit.
