Butler RV (Darla) really took the time to go over all of the paperwork and show me the features of the trailer. She and her technician were very patient with me. It's been a very long time since I have towed a trailer, not to mention how everything worked and where it was located. I had a problem with one key and Darla was able to take care of that right away. I'll be renting from Butler RV again! And who knows, I might even buy one down the road.
