Jacob went above and beyond to make sure our camper was functional and comfortable. Our campsite had an awkward slope and he spent extra time making sure the camper was level. The camper was well supplied with plates, bowls, cups and basic cookware as well as a microwave, coffee maker and toaster. The mattress was comfy. Jacob also thoughtfully left us an extra 7 gallon jug of freshwater to resupply the water tank when he found out our site had electric, but no water hookups.

Butler RV (Darla) really took the time to go over all of the paperwork and show me the features of the trailer. She and her technician were very patient with me. It's been a very long time since I have towed a trailer, not to mention how everything worked and where it was located. I had a problem with one key and Darla was able to take care of that right away. I'll be renting from Butler RV again! And who knows, I might even buy one down the road.
