Responsive, Flexible & Helpful
Jill provides fantastic, clear communication, is very responsive, and offers flexible drop-off times. She explains vehicle use thoroughly, especially for new renters, making the entire rental process easy and stress-free.
Easy to Drive & Smooth
Birdie is clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, offering three sleeping areas and full kitchen needs. The solar setup ensures off-grid power. It's easy to drive, smooth on the road, and achieves the advertised 9mpg.

5.0Birdie was great! We rented this RV and drove/camped with our family: two adults and two children (8 and 10). Birdie had three separate sleeping areas and that worked great for our family. Everything worked as promised. We had one question on the road and Jill was helpful and responded immediately. We had a lot of highway time and averaged 9mpg, as advertised in the listing. We'd highly recommend it!

5.0This was our second time renting Birdie, and once again it was absolutely perfect! Jill is awesome to work with and makes the entire rental process so easy. One of our favorite features is the solar setup. We were off-grid all weekend and had power the entire time. The camper was extremely clean, comfortable, well maintained, and had everything we needed. All worked perfectly, and we were able to just settle in and enjoy our weekend without worrying about a thing. Having rented this before, we already knew we were going to have a great weekend, and it certainly didn’t disappoint. We would absolutely rent from Jill again and highly recommend both her and Birdie.

5.0We had a fabulous trip with Birdie! This was our first adventure in an RV, and Birdie was perfect for it. We took her up to Ludington and found everything to be easy and smooth. Jill was very good about explaining everything to us, since we were newbies, and we had zero problems. Jill was always very responsive to messages and helped make our first RV camping experience unforgettable! We hope to do it again next summer!

Frequently asked questions
Q.
What are the pick-up and drop-off time options?
A.
We're very flexible with pick-up and drop-off times—we just ask that guests maintain good communication and coordinate reasonable timeframes. Feel free to reach out with your travel plans and we'll do our best to accommodate!
Q.
Why did an ABS or traction control warning light come on while driving?
A.
During windy conditions or while using cruise control, you may see an ABS (Anti-lock Braking System) or traction control warning illuminate on the dashboard. This is usually triggered by uneven tire grip or road surface instability. The system may briefly interpret crosswinds or sway as a traction issue and automatically disable cruise control for safety. This is normal and doesn’t affect drivability. Once the road stabilizes, the warning light often clears itself.
Q.
What kind of fuel mileage can I expect?
A.
The RV averages between 8–10 miles per gallon, depending on how it's driven. Cruising around 60 MPH tends to offer the best fuel efficiency. If you're towing a trailer, expect mileage to drop closer to the lower end of that range.
Q.
Can Birdie tow a trailer or additional vehicle?
A.
Absolutely! Birdie is equipped with a hitch and a plug—you can check the listing photos for the connector type. She’s capable of towing up to 8,000 pounds, making her a great fit for hauling a small trailer, boat, or even an extra vehicle. Just make sure the tow setup meets weight and safety standards before heading out.
