What's includedTo add to the enjoyment of your camping experience, we have equipped Geo with basic kitchen utensils (silverware, tongs, spatula), plates, bowls, cups, cutting mats, wine/bottle opener, can opener, skewers, pot holders and kitchen towels. Also included is cooking spray for griddle, paper towels, dish/hand soap, cleaning spray and sponge. Bed linens can be provided (see add ons) or you can bring our own. Pillows are not provided.
Other things to noteFor the comfort of our guests and those with allergies, no pets are allowed.
Smoking is prohibited inside camper.
No tailgating or festivals.
No off-roading is allowed with the camper.
No boondocking unless experienced remote campers.
2 night minimum.Pick up times are between 2:00 - 6:00 pm. Drop off times are between 8:00 am - 12:00 pm. We will do our best to accommodate the times you need within these windows. However, being that we are not a company and do work, exact times may not alway work out. Early pickups or later drop offs are available for an extra fee of $35 each. See add ons.Propane usage is paid upon return and deducted from your security deposit. $10 for 1/4 tank of less, $20 for 1/4 - 1/2 tank usage, $30 for 1/2 tank + usage.We do not provide sleeping bags, linens, blankets, pillows. Those you will need to pack with you. They are, however, available for an additional fee that will include a fitted sheet, flat sheet and a comforter (that is cleaned between each use). See Add ons.Since Geo is only a bed inside, please no shoes in camper - please place shoes on provided door mats or in provided lined crate and set under camper or near door etc.If overnight lows are 32 degrees or lower, freshwater and grey water tanks must be emptied and water hookup disconnected.Awning must be closed if unattended and if winds are over 10mph.If raining, the door on the back of the camper for the outdoor kitchen should be closed to protect the kitchen area in the camper. That door serves as an extra awning for shade or for the privacy tent. However, it does not protect against rain getting into the back kitchen area due to the gap between the door, hinges and the camper.Please wipe/wash off hoses, wheel chucks, bottom of containers, table feet, ground mats, etc. before putting things back in the bins and on the bed at the end of your camping adventure.Geo must be returned in condition provided and grey water tank emptied to avoid additional cleaning/service fees of $100.Allow approx 45-60 minutes at pick up for a walk around, general tutorial and paperwork. Knowing it is hard to remember everything we have labeled as much as we could and provide a detailed set of instructions to take with you.
