We had an awesome camping trip. John was a great host with 5 star communication and assistance start to finish. The trailer was perfect for the 5 of us for 7 days. We will definitely rent from John again the next time we go to Loretta Lynn’s.

The hosts were excellent to work with. They explained how the RV worked & how to care for it. They were flexible with pick up & drop off times & were responsive to any of our texts or phone calls. RV was in good condition & was comfortable for our 9 day trip. Our only complaint was with Outdoorsy’s Road Side Assistance; they were incompetent. We spent 11 hours on the side of an Interstate waiting for two tires to be fixed. Their agent incorrectly was looking for tire replacements in Michigan instead of Missouri bc they had abbreviated MO as MI! We ended up finding the tire replacements ourselves but it was one fiasco after another! None of which is a poor reflection on the hosts… they actually reimbursed us for the tire repairs. We would definitely rent from hosts again!
