When you search for an RV in Aubrey, Texas, you find yourself not too far away from Denton and just an hour or so north of Dallas and Fort Worth. Originally established in 1867 following the Civil War, Aubrey became known for its peanut farms that surrounded the town. Today, though, the peanut farms have been replaced by new home constructions. Just north is Ray Roberts Lake State Park in Pilot Point. To the south is Lewisville Lake near Lewisville. Keep going almost directly south and you’ll end up in Arlington, which sits between Dallas and Fort Worth. You can also visit Trinity Overlook Park in Dallas.
