Sherwood Park in Odessa has a little something for everyone: a fantastic playground for small children to play on, a skate park for the daredevils, picnic pavilions for families and friends to share a meal, and athletic fields for fun pickup games. McKinney Park Sprayground is a fun water park for people of all ages to enjoy, providing an easy way to keep yourself cool in the arid Texas heat. Comanche Trail South Park is probably the most interesting park in Odessa, with 3.2 miles of trails, three disc golf courses, and an amazing fishing pond for anglers of all abilities and ages to enjoy.


Monahans Sandhills State Park is only a five-minute drive west on I-20, and worth a visit with the Gardendale camper rental if you enjoy desert scenery.
