These campsites are divided between two different campgrounds, the Red Arroyo and the Chaparral Group Area.

The closest and most accessible town is San Angelo, which is less than a mile from the shores of the O.C. Fisher Reservoir. This town is a great place to stop when you want groceries or fuel, and a large collection of diverse restaurants can help replenish you if camp food just isn’t cutting it. For more food options head north-east to Ballinger, a smaller town that is home to a handful of authentic Mexican restaurants.

We had a great experience renting from Paciano. He stays in touch from beginning to end. The camper is stocked with everything you can think of. I was worried about the bed as most places aren’t as comfortable as your own. Let me tell you, it was very comfortable! I highly recommend renting from Paciano.
