Brand new 2022 Jayco 184BS. This trailer is small enough to tow with a mid size SUV, but big enough to sleep a family of 5. There is a queen bed in front, twin bunks, and the table folds down to create another bed. This camper comes with just about everything you need to enjoy a weekend away! Just bring your own food, clothes, toiletries, and bedding.
Our Jayco weighs in at 4500lbs fully loaded and comes with a Bluetooth trailer brake controller and a hitch so hauling will be a breeze!
Camper has heat, A/C, fridge (12V or electric), microwave, two burner stove, shower, and toilet. Power awning is available to use but must be retracted if winds get above 10mph.

-RV includes basic utensils, cleaning supplies, cookware (pots/pans), outdoor chairs, first aid kit, lighter, coffee maker, coffee mugs, BEDDING IS NOT PROVIDED.

Black/Grey tanks must be emptied prior to the camper being returned. Failure to follow this rule will result in $100 additional cleaning fee which will be deducted from security deposit.

The rental experience was exceeded our expectations. Jacob and his family were excellent hosts. Camper is new, clean with everything provided for the camping experience - outdoor chairs, rug, Coleman stove for outdoor cooking, folding table, games, coffee machine and coffee capsules. The beds are clean and comfortable!! We can’t thank you enough for the wonderful camping experience!!

I rented this rv for a 3 day weekend in Silver Lake for my boyfriend and me. We requested to have the rv delivered and picked up since we were taking a trailer with our atv's. I messaged Jacob before booking and he responded quickly and answered all my questions. Delivery and pickup were right on time at our agreed upon times. At delivery, Jacob and his wife went over everything. They provided coffee/ coffee maker, cleaning supplies, paper plates, chairs, outdoor rug, pretty much everything you'll need. The size was perfect for us. Definitely recommend.
