**Available FOR Delivery Only**We have made lots of changes to make this RV to make it as cozy as it can get. The bunkhouse allows for a lot of family/friends to enjoy camping with you! Comfortably sleeps 8. Pet friendly! (No puppies please) There is an outside kitchen great for nice nights of cooking and extra fridge space. A queen size bed and plenty of closet/drawer space in master. Full size kitchen with various appliances to use (Utensils, pots, pans, dishes). You will need to provide your own ice** We will provide all clean linens (sheets, blanket, and pillow for each bed), and can provide towels for a small fee. The bunk house is our daughter's favorite and great for children! 3 bunks and a queen size pull out couch allows you to sleep maximum people! We also provide a queen blow up mattress for use in the living room if need be!Will deliver within 100 miles for $50-175 fee. Can deliver further- but will discuss on case to case basis. You are responsible for campsite reservations. Please note when booking site you will Need to book for 50 amp electric, water, and sewer*. Sewer is required or fee may apply. Cable is optional. There will be a $50.00 dump fee added to your booking if you book a site without sewage connect. Campground Must have an on site dump site.*** Also- site must accommodate a 40' RV with slides on both sides***Campsites around us & our delivery/pick up fees added to the nightly rate:
