Rules and policies
First and foremost, we want you to have fun while using our camper. With that being said, we have a few requests.
-50amp service is required for full functionality. 30amp service will work, at the expense of using both fan units simultaneously.
-Please call with any questions you may have.
-If it's in the camper you can use it.
-No smoking inside of camper.
-If you elect to transport the camper on your own; a brake controller is required.
-Weight distribution hitch available upon request.
-Black and grey water tanks must be flushed completely upon return; $100 fee if unable.
-Please clean and stow any dishes that were used, we will take care of linens.
-If extra cleaning is required a $50 fee will be assessed; (we're very reasonable here).
-Please treat the camper as your own, we are very understanding.
-I will drop off and pick up the trailer, full service, if needed. Please inquire for specific costs. The only set prices I have are $125 locally (within roughly 30 minutes) and $200 to cross the CBBT.
-Please stay off of the roof; we are not responsible for injuries resulting from going on the roof.
