Review summary
Filed questionable damage claims
One renter was accused of damage and filed a claim for pre-existing issues and a partially full black water tank. Another booking was cancelled. Conversely, other guests praised the host's responsiveness, flexibility, and clear explanations, even lending equipment.
Easy to tow and stable
Renters praised its perfect size and stability on the road. While mechanically operational, with working AC, water heater, pump, electric jack, heat, and awning, one review noted cosmetic issues and a damaged countertop. Another mentioned a 1/2 full black water tank and no hot water.

5.0Wendy was very good to work with. She let us pick up the camper before the listing to help us get a jump on our weekend. She was clear on explaining everything and the use. The camper was in need of a little TLC cosmetically, but everything mechanically worked well. The AC, water heater, water pump, electric jack, heat, awning, etc... The camper did everything we needed it to do for our weekend away.

1.0At first she seemed nice and accommodating. We walked around the camper to check for previous damage, which there was a lot of. After returning with the camper 2 days later she walked around looking for damage and pointed out SEVERAL areas where there was previous damage that she pointed out during picked up and trying to say it wasn't there before. She found a scratch that was part of that previous damage. She then filed a claim saying that I caused it. The black water was also already 1/2 full and we used the sink and is now charging us to dispose of the black water that wasn't emptied by the previous renter. The inside countertop was damaged and glued back together. No hot water. All would have been fine is she didn't try to get free repairs filing a claim. Thank god I had pictures.
