This 2016 bunkhouse floorplan from Forest River is ready to help your family make memories and enjoy the outdoors!With a full-size queen mattress in the bedroom up front (not a "camper" queen), two bunkbeds in the rear slide-out room, and convertible couch in the same rear room, there are dedicated beds to sleep 6. Need more? The dinette and couch in the central living area convert into full size beds to allow your friends or larger family to camp with you!Features include a full inside kitchen with 3-burner stove/oven (LP) and full size camper refrigerator (electric and LP), an outdoor kitchen with half-size refrigerator (electric), sink, and 2-burner stove top (LP), air conditioning and heat for year-round capability, two televisions (main can be mounted outside the camper for fun movie nights!), Bluetooth speakers inside and outside, exterior LP hookups front and rear for outdoor cooking flexibility, power tongue jack, and a 200lb-capacity cargo rack on the rear bumper.Kitchen comes stocked with all you'll need to feed the family with ease, you just bring the food. Linens, towels, and camp chairs included. Necessary emergency and maintenance equipment is included as well.Minimum 2-night stay.Renter is responsible for ensuring that the camper is generally clear of dirt and debris on the floor, used dishes are washed, kitchens are generally clean, and used linens are in a single pile on the couch.Delivery available within 75 miles of 22309 for $4.50/mile or $150, whichever is greater.Your truck must be able to safely tow 8100 lbs; hitch and sway bars are included.Ask about our military and first-responders discount!What's includedKitchen utensils

- Security deposit: $750.00 (refundable)
- Prep fee: $100.00. This fee will cover preparations, including cleaning the kitchen and bathroom, vacuuming the unit, washing/restocking towels and linens, cleaning the refrigerators, and ensuring propane is topped off.
