2003 weekender westfalia outfitted with a dash apple play gps and screen mirroring 10 in screen. Back up camera and alarm. All curtains intact. Heat and ac. Pop top sleeps two adults. Rear seat becomes a full size bed. This van has been loved and needs to be driven with care as the transmissions in these are fragile and this one was just replaced, so Slow accelerating from stopped to let it shift smoothly into second gear. The fuel tank is no longer accurate and repairing it is a pain. It gets 200 miles per tank, however I recommend it is refilled at 175 and reset the mileage clock to track miles driven. Thinking of ways to outfit it to make it more accommodating. Pets are acceptable as long as cared for and van is left in the condition it was given in.What's includedTwo camping chairs, linens and blankets. Can provide more as I become acquainted to the platform and what people need. If you are thinking of something please let me know I can probably accommodate.Recommendations• Pick up is in Boston to North Shore area. The North Shore is robust with options for coastal beauty traveling up into Maine and beyond. We are under 1.5 hours to Portland and Beverly is only 35 mins from Boston depending on traffic.Other things to noteRenters agree to be mindful of transmission and slowly accelerate, if pedal goes to the floor the transition from first to second is clunky. To avoid damage to trans driving slow and mindful is paramount. Be mindful of gas tank, always set the mileage clock back to zero when refilling and do not exceed 175 miles before next fill. With current prices (around $3 a gal) it costs about $35-40 to fill.
