This home away from home is a beautiful and cozy place to rest as you explore the Black Hills by day and enjoy relaxing downtime at night. It has a huge floor space and feels extra roomy...perfect for kids, pets, or just feeling like you're in a cabin! It also has plenty of closet and storage space. It's decorated with a fun outdoorsy vibe!This RV is perfect for the whole family or to enjoy a romantic getaway. Sleeps six with the dinette collapsed and the sofa bed extended. This unit can accommodate an additional infant or toddler by pack-n-play/crib (available for a small fee). It has a separate queen bedroom with memory foam topper mattress. It comes stocked with everything you need to enjoy your trip including everything you need to cook a complete meal whether you want to stay in or cook by the fire. Coffee pot, blender, and toaster are all available! Just bring your clothes, toiletries, and food. Linens available as an add on.Don't forget your pup! Rules of the Road: We hope you'd treat our RV the same way you'd treat your own vehicle. First and foremost, don't do anything illegal or that might get you or someone else hurt. This includes climbing on the roof of the RV. Also, there is a strict no smoking policy that must be adhered to. If evidence of smoking inside the rental is found, MCR reserves the right to charge up to $750 to PROPERLY clean, treat and disinfect. If you prefer to pick up or return an RV earlier or later than scheduled on your reservation an additional fee will be applied if that time is available. If If you're towing or driving an RV then you must dump/empty the septic before return. You should bring the unit back cleaned from your trip or additional fees apply. All drivable rentals include partial free mileage. If you go over your contracted amount, you will be charged per mile. Renters must be 25 years of age or older and hold a valid driver's license. We do not give refunds for early returns. Please be aware the protection package purchased is for the rental reservation period is an excess policy. This means a claim must be filed with the renter’s primary auto insurance carrier first to see if coverage is available through their personal auto policy. If your carrier denies the claim, then Outdoorsy protection plan purchased by the renter would then be updated as the primary coverage for this claim.
