The Great Outdoors

As its name suggests, Palm Beach is best known for its scenic beaches along the Atlantic Ocean. The town operates two public beaches, Phipps Ocean Park and the Mid-Town Municipal Beach. These two beaches offer stunning views of the ocean as well as plenty of room to lay out in the sand or swim in the ocean. Phipps Ocean Park also has an on-site tennis center for visitors to enjoy. R.G. Kreusler Park is another fantastic beach option, and it’s right next to Lake Worth, a small city within Palm Beach with an expansive beachfront and pier for fishing and other activities. You can also check out Oceanfront Park’s beach if you’re willing to drive south to avoid the crowds.

RV Parks

As a popular destination, you should be able to find plenty of places to park the RV rental near Palm Beach. John Prince Park offers a scenic stay along Lake Osborne, but amenities are limited. Although all sites have electric, only two-thirds of the sites have sewer hookups, and extras are limited to basics like laundry and WiFi. Palm Beach Motorcoach Resort is just outside of the city, and it offers a more comprehensive slew of amenities, including full hookups at all sites, an infinity pool and hot tub, a full-service clubhouse bar, and bocce and pickleball courts.

Exploring the City

Palm Beach is a bustling vacation destination, so there’s plenty to do around town as you nurse your sunburn after a morning at the beach. History buffs and art lovers can head to the Henry Morrison Flagler Museum, a Gilded Age mansion transformed into a museum showcasing antique furniture and art. Art lovers can also check out the Society of the Four Arts, which houses the Esther B. O'Keeffe Gallery, or the Norton Museum of Art in West Palm Beach.

Overall, the Van drove fine, however some of the safety features did not work. For example, the cruise control did not work, blind spot and lane alert worked sometimes and other times did not work. The AC was great, and the TV was a nice feature. It was very windy on our trip, and the wind adjust feature will scar the crap out of you. I would book this van again. The owner was always available and explained the house battery needed to be replaced and that would fix the safety issues. Hope gets this done.
