Getting Outdoors

Fringed by a grassy foreshore, the 72-acre Red Haw Lake is a fantastic place to soak up the sunshine and cool off in the clear water. The park is also known as a premier pan-fishing destination, with the chance to reel in tasty bluegill – perfect for a fish fry back at your camper rental. The lake is also well-stocked with bass, crappie, and catfish. Cast a line from one of the fishing jetties or launch a boat and access deeper waters. To maintain the peaceful atmosphere, Red Haw Lake allows canoes, kayaks, and electric trolling motors with no wake.

Camping at Red Haw State Park

The Red Haw State Park campground enjoys a picturesque lakeside setting shaded by mature oaks, maples, and pines. Choose from 76 RV-friendly sites, most with either 30 or 50-amp electric hookups. There are no water or sewage hookups, but you'll have access to several potable water stations. Red Haw State Park offers the same amenities as most state park RV campgrounds, including modern restrooms with showers as well as a dump station.

Exploring the Area

Camping at Red Haw State Park puts you in the heart of Southern Iowa, where you'll find a postcard-perfect landscape of rolling hills, shimmering lakes, and rural farms. Isa is very professional and works easily with your needs. I rented this RV for a road trip for my sister who is terminally ill. We had all the comforts of home and in a compact yet spacious RV van. Isa was great with communication and available to answer any questions we had.
Isa thank you for your part in helping to bring my Sister so much joy and comfort.
This Ethos Entegra has all the comforts you need. Among the many that I found most satisfying
Blue tooth connection on the TV. With a freezer that kept popsicles frozen the entire time. And what else? Running water in the kitchen, as well as in the restroom. Making it nice to avoid cross-contamination. Easy to work shades and awning. Beautiful interior and lighting. Looks like the inside of a personal jet. Large windows give great views. Easy to run generator for power at any time.
The onboard back up battery power start and starlink satellite system gave me great relief knowing all the bases were covered (in case of an emergency). Extra outlets and charging ports were great as well. Driving security with a wide view camera that can be switched from mirror to camera easily with a switch. Drowsy driver alerts are one of the many safety features the RV has. Very easy to drive. Drove well through the mountains and high elevation.
Great vehicle and wonderful management.
I recommend this RV van with the strongest recommendation.
I would rent from Isa again.
The best practical thing about this RV is that you can park it almost anywhere! As you can see from our photos. We got a front row seat to everything!

It was great trip and the host was wonderful. He was in contact with me from day before to make sure correct address and time to be there. He offered service if needed but everything went good except had power issues but figured it out while on the phone with host. If I have to rent a camper again, he would be one I get in touch with again. From the time til day of he was always replying to questions and other things .

Rosanne was wonderful to deal with, very responsive and friendly. The camper was clean, and fairly well maintained. The toilet had a small leak but they were aware of it and let us know how to work around as there wasn't sufficient time to fix prior to our rental. No worries. The bed was very comfortable, and there is a ton of storage! Overall, very pleased and would recommend.
