Other things to note

RV Rules

- I keep my rig clean for your use and expect it returned generally as you found it (broom clean, all dishes cleaned, trash in a bag). I will charge $50/hr on top of the cleaning fee to bring it to this level.

- Black and Gray tanks must be emptied prior to return (or we are happy to empty your tanks on your behalf for a $50 charge). Please let me know if tanks need emptying when you return

- No bikes, motorcycles, canoes, kayaks or similar inside the rig or on top of the rig

- No climbing on roof

- No towing of any cars, trailers, boats, etc. If you are interested in towing, please contact me at least 3 days prior to departure. I may be willing to permit, but it will require a higher rental rate for wear and tear on the RV.

Additional rules

This is my baby and so I am picky who I rent too. This is going to be a collectors edition so I’m keeping miles and usage down. I don’t rent to families with small kids or larger groups (sorry, no desert travel, festivals or parties). Why am I listing on Outdoorsy then? Because I love this RV and want to share this rig with others.

The entire process from figuring out how to use Outdoorsy, how to operate the rig, questions while on vacation and returning the rig was seamless thanks to Dan! Wish I could keep this the town secret! But it was an easy way to enjoy vacation.

Great RV, very clean. Perfect for a family getaway. Way better than one we previously rented through a national chain. Dan was helpful and really good natured.
