This travel trailer is new. We have only used for two night. It has laminate flooring. It has an awning. There are two small closets for clothes and a nice size pantry for food. There is a fold down couch for sitting during the day and will fold down at night for sleeping. The table folds down, as well, for sleeping. The kitchen has a refrigerator, stove and oven. The bathroom is small, but has a shower, sink, and commode. We are half way between Fort Worth and Waco off I35. What's includedThis camper comes with four towels and washcloths. There are pots and pans, coffee pot, electric skillet, plates, coffee mugs, glasses, and silverware. The linens for all beds are provided. Lawn chairs and all hoses need for hookup are in the storage area front outside, as well as, citronella candles. It has an electric lift. Other things to noteNo smoking is allowed inside the camper. Pets are welcome.
