Nuru was absolutely amazing! His customer service was impeccable from start to finish. He was on time with the camper delivery, answered all of my newbie questions with patience and professionalism, and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. The camper was spotless, beautifully maintained, and fully stocked with toiletries and thoughtful essentials. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which made our stay even more comfortable. Because of this wonderful experience, we were able to create beautiful memories with my grandchild that will live with her forever. I would definitely rent from Nuru again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable camper and outstanding service.

We had tried to book another RV prior to finding Butch’s rental. That owner never replied to our messages, so we canceled then found this RV…from the beginning Butch was amazing. He replied or messages, helped troubleshoot so issues on Outdoorsy’s site and made us feel welcomed to rent his RV. We had the best time on our trip to DC and part of that was knowing we had a nice, safe and clean “home” to come back to. Everything worked as it should in the RV, not to mention it was completely stocked, from toilet paper to coffee maker.
