We have all new flooring in living room and kitchen plus new carpet. We have 2 TVs and many dvds to pick for relaxing. We live near Canyon lake, Schlitterbahn and the 2 Rivers (Guadalupe and the Comal) we include a gas grill, pots and pans, dishes, sheets, blankets and pillows. Just want you to enjoy your time in our RVWhat's includedWe have fresh linens, towels, pits and pans, alarm o’clock, coffee maker, DVD player, dvds, fishes, crock pot, a bullet shake maker, gas grill. RecommendationsWe have taken our fifth wheel to east coast and Colorado many times and we have boon docked. We love this camper and find it very enjoyable. My wife and I have been full timers for about 7 years but have owned a Rv for about 20 years. We have 3 grown children and 5 grand children all who love camping as much as we do. Our favorite trips are the ones to Colorado. We love to sit around the campfires and enjoy the mountain air. We live in New Braunfels, Texas where there is a huge amount of camping due to the Guadalupe river and the Comal River where you can go tubing or just enjoy the sights.
