Book a camper rental in Summit and drive south into the Watchung Reservation, a 1,945-acre nature reserve between the First Watchung and Second Watchung Mountains. It’s crisscrossed by numerous hiking and horseback riding trails, with a dam near the headwaters of Blue Brook creating Lake Surprise where visitors are welcome to fish.
