Getting Outdoors

The terrain is relatively easy and flat. This means that hikers of all levels can conquer the trail. While there are no picturesque lookout spots, visitors who go motorhome camping in the area may still enjoy the untouched nature in the heart of New Jersey. Don’t be surprised if you see deer and other wild animals during your hike. Just make sure you keep a safe distance from them.

Camping at Chimney Rock Park

RV camping at Chimney Rock Park is not available because there is no camping infrastructure in this area. However, there are a couple of nearby options. One of them is the Mountainview Campground, located just a short drive away from Chimney Rock Park. The natural settings of this primitive campground create a perfect backdrop for visitors who wish to experience nature to its fullest. The campground is relatively small, with just 20 sites for long vehicles and RVs. Campers may use electric hookups, choosing between 30 and 50-amp power.

Visitors may also observe a 2,400-year-old Egyptian mummy, and a mastodon found in Salem County.

This is a gorgeous, new, clean, professional grade RV. We used it as a changing room for talent at an event we were hosting in the Hamptons, and it was so impressive that our guests insisted on coming in to get a tour of the vehicle. I've worked with many RV's for shoots and events in the past, but have never had one with two full sized bathrooms. Our guests and talent, who are very hard to impress, were blown away.

Jordan was a pleasure to rent from!! He was extremely communicative + proactive in answering all of our questions and helping problem solve if issues arose (in addition to the Instagram page being very helpful). The van was fully equipped with everything we needed and was in great shape. Would definitely rent again for a future trip! Thank you again Jordan :)

We traveled as a family of three adults and a small dog and had a fantastic time with Sam’s RV! The van was the perfect size—large enough for all of us to be comfortable, yet small enough to easily drive around and park in U.S. towns.
Sam was a wonderful host! He was very accommodating, which we truly appreciated, and always responded quickly, making the whole process seamless. The RV itself was fully stocked with everything we could possibly need and more—pots and pans, bedding, even camping chairs! It was also great on gas.
Thank you so much, Sam!
