The Great Outdoors
One of the best places for fun outside in eastern Pennsylvania is the Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area. The massive park surrounds a particularly striking section of the Delaware River where it cuts through the Appalachian Mountains. Numerous trails run parallel to the river, and the waterway is a popular kayaking location; boats are available for rent from nearby sporting goods stores.

Roadside America exhibits in neighboring Shartlesville consist of a massive model train setup and an equally impressive miniature village built around it. Built in the '60s, the display's founder did a fantastic job creating this beautiful miniature world. This van is super well built/high end, and great looking inside and out. For me it was a little too complicated...luxury systems...but that is on me, not the owner (I car camp in my SUV and wanted to try out "vanlife"). I rented for 3 days to take my 13 y.o. niece to Caledonia State Park in order to hike a little bit of the A.T. When I asked her what she liked best about the van, she said "everything!" It was easy to drive, especially with the rear and back up cameras. Conner and his wife were quick to respond to any questions. Our campsite was shaded, but the solar/battery system still lasted 2 days. When we needed it, it was easy to plug in. Connor sends you a very detailed video Link the day before your trip, showing all the features/how to, which was great, but I suggested they pair that with a written tip/how-to sheet IN the van in case you can't rewatch the video in route.
