The Great Outdoors
Valley Forge National Historical Park is one of the most popular parks with residents of the King of Prussia area. The park stands as a monument to General George Washington’s encampment along the Schuylkill River in the winter of 1777. The massive park contains a number of historical sites including a recreated log cabin barracks that Washington’s soldiers would have slept in. There’s also a large network of trails to explore if you feel like doing some hiking.

The suburban neighborhoods around here don’t have too many RV parks so you’ll need to camp a little bit farther away when you get an RV trailer rental in King of Prussia. One of the closest parks is the Philadelphia/West Chester KOA a little way to the south of the city. It’s also fairly close to Philly if you’re thinking about making a trip into the big city.

No doubt the top experience in King of Prussia is visiting the massive mall. It’s one of the largest shopping centers in the U.S., and you’ll find nearly all of the major name brand retailers there, along with several big discount stores. My fiancé and I had a great time for our weekend camping trip! We brought our dogs along and thanks to Joseph everything was very easy and it was the perfect way to enjoy camping with our family! The trailer was very tidy and clean and also had a lot of things included that we didn’t even think of needing. Highly recommend!

The best parts of our trip are the amazing memories we made together. The camper was better than I expected. The 3 of us had such a great time. The only thing was we should have stayed camping longer we had so much fun. Tony was an amazing host! He helped us every step of the way and answered any questions we had. We can’t wait to book again
