2022 Aspen Trail LE
Brand new 2022 Aspen trail bunk house. Master bedroom with access doors on each side of the queen bed. Bunk room with three twin beds and a fold out couch. Outdoor beverage refrigerator with stove for cooking outside. Full size refrigerator with cook top and microwave inside. Reclining couch that can turn into a fold out bed. Smart Roku tv to enjoy too. Bathroom has a shower tub combo perfect for the little ones. Lots of storage in cabinets and under beds. Radio/cd with surround speakers inside and out. Air conditioning and heat along with an electric fireplace. All this is run on a 30 amp service. Due to my job drop off and pick up hours after 5pm unless arranged ahead of time. I charge $2.00 a mile to drop off and $2.00 a mile to pick up with 25 free miles each way. This fee don’t come out till the camper is returned. The delivery fee and mileage fee are two separate fees. What's includedSheets, silverware, pots, pans, dishes and bowls. RecommendationsCall and make sure you reserved a spot that can accommodate a 33 foot trailer.Comes with two full 30 pound propane tanks. These are used for cooking, water heater and heat.$100 dumping fee for black water if used$2.00 a mile for drop off and pick up with 25 free miles for drop off and 25 free miles for pick up. You will be charged both ways for mileage. This will not be charged to your account till the camper is returned. Other things to noteNo smoking what so ever (cigarettes, vapes, marijuana) if suspected security deposited will be used for extra cleaning
