Discover Rockford RV rentals for memorable road trips

Fourteen miles to the north of Grand Rapids is Rockford, Michigan, a tiny but lively town on the edge of the metro area. The downtown area, located on the banks of the Rouge River, is full of charm and ambiance one might not expect in such a sleepy, countryside town. With lovely walking bridges traversing the raging waters of the Rouge River, the town of Rockford is set up marvelously for exploring by foot. Due to its location on the edges of the metro area, Rockford is the perfect place to rent an RV. Outside of town, expect to find a bevy of the natural beauty that is so prevalent in western Michigan. Interstate 96 practically runs through town and opens up possibilities of driving to Lansing or even Detroit in your Rockford RV rental.

Here, there are sidewalks lined with unique shops and boutiques, plus lots of restaurants, microbreweries, and cafes. Rockford even has a magnificent farmers market all summer each year, one that was once voted to be the best in the country. The market is held next to the downtown area by the river and is the perfect place to mingle with kind locals while buying artisan crafts and fresh food. The Rockford Area Museum has lots of items paying homage to the rich heritage of Rockford.

Where to Park It
