Practicality brand new hardly been used. Has built in pop up flat screen, great sound system, spacious, and clean. Pull out beds and full bedroom. Very clean and well kept, would be great for any family trip on the road.

My name is JP Bernal and I'm happily retired these days. I have a son and two grandkids that I love to spoil. Ever since I have wanted to see more of the world and start traveling so I purchased an RV two years ago. I have been on a couple of trips. So far, Yellowstone, Big Sky and Colorado Rockies are my favorite trips.

This is an beautiful, well kept trailer and Jason and his father were responsive and helpful. It has a large closet in the bedroom and a nice sized bathroom. Lot's of cabinets and storage. Nice living room TV, entertainment center and electric fireplace. The interior & kitchen were clean. A vacuum and kitchen trash can were provided, but no cleaning products (mop, broom or products). Came with basic water hose and sewer connection. No cable was provided. Blocks for jacks were provided. We had trouble with the heater - it smelled as if fumes from the heater exchange were coming back into the trailer, we stopped using it, but the but the electric fire place helped keep us warm. The dumping handles were very stiff, but they worked appropriately. We advised the owner he needed to have the heater looked at. The unit pulled and stopped well, as expected. I'd rent this trailer again.
