Our adventure in the Shasta was everything we could’ve asked for in our first rental with Outdoorsy. Irma was incredibly helpful and flexible which just made everything so easy. She was quick to respond before, during, and after our trip. Would highly recommend a weekend in the Shasta!

Q.How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
There is an extra water tank if there is no water hookup.
However, there is a white hose (included) that you screw onto the faucet at the campground. There is a black hose that you click onto the trailer (we will show you how to do it) and insert it into the sewage drain on the site.
IF there is a communal sewage dump area, we will show you how to release it.
We will give you a mini tutorial on 'bathroom' maintenance
Q.What do I need to hook up to my vehicle?
A.
We do have a few "standard" balls for hook up. We will show you how to hook up and do the initial hook up for you.
