Each of the bunks have their own window, light, and privacy curtain allowing the kiddos to feel like they have their own space. The jack knife sofa turns into an additional full sized bed, and the reclining sofa has 3 reclining seats. We have upgraded the master full sized queen mattress with a Serta® 3-inch Soothing Cool Gel Memory Foam Mattress Topper for added comfort.You will also have NO Insurance ADD ONS, as we carry our own commercial policy. This allows us to pass the savings on to you! However, we do not allow bookings longer than 4 nights.We know that preparation and packing for a trip can be quite a chore, so we have provided many of the amenities that we like to have on our trips!We are delivery only, as we believe this provides our guests the opportunity to truly enjoy their experience and take away the stress of driving a camper, parking it, and set up/tear down. Unfortunately, the security deposit does not cover damages done to the awning, so we do not allow the awning to be used. We realize this can be an inconvenience and that shade is a premium in Texas heat, so we have provided a pop up canopy to be used in its place. This also gives you the ability to place the canopy exactly where you want to have shade. We do not allow smoking, nor deliveries to the beach or festivals.
