This was my first time using a van, and I was doing a dry run with the intention of someday building a van out. Thomas was easy to work with and walked me through all the systems and answered all my questions. I purposely rented it out during the winter season to get a sense of what it might be like in potentially less-than-perfect weather. The van, though a rental for the last two or so years, per Thomas, was in great shape, everything worked as needed, kept Jake, my camping dog companion, warm and comfortable, and it was easy to use overall and drive for a first-timer. Jake and I had a wonderful time and truly enjoyed it immensely. I highly recommend anyone dreaming of doing a van build to rent before you build, and doing it with VanVan is easy and a no-brainer.
