Camping at Thompson Lake

However, Rhinelander’s “world’s largest” Hodag almost very certainly cannot be challenged, for the mythical Hodag creature is unique to this region. The statue can be found in the downtown area of Rhinelander, along with other attractions like restaurants, museums, and art galleries. Many homes and structures are historical, which will delight history or architecture buffs.
