Looking for a home away from home, this is it. Our 41' 2020 Chapparal has all the size and amenities you will need for a great get away. First and foremost are the two full bathrooms! The spacious queen size master has plenty of storage to keep things tidy on the road. Has full kitchen with large fridge. Small bunkroom provides a place for the kiddos to have their own sleeping quarters. The rear sofa converts into another bed and has door to separate this off, into its own private bedroom as well. Large living room with heated and massaging recliners perfect for watching tv or enjoying the built in fireplace. Outside is the outdoor kitchen with built in propane grill, mini fridge, and big screen TV. Two independent ac units keep it cool in the summer. Self leveling jacks make it a breeze to set up. The Cummins generator starts with the press of a button and makes this a self contained unit.What's includedAs this is our personal camper we keep it fairly well provisioned. Of course it will have fresh linens on the bed and spares stored throughout. The kitchen will have disposable as well as reusable plates, cups, napkins, and utensils. It will have various pots and pans as well as any spatulas and spoons that one would regularly cook or grill with. Kitchen has basic spices pot holders and such. Will have 4 adult camping chairs and 1 child chair. The living room TV and the outdoor kitchen TV are both smart TV's. I'm sure that I'm forgetting a lot but feel free to ask.Other things to noteAbsolutely no smoking.

Matthew is a fantastic host, and the RV is spectacular. Matthew has gone above and beyond as a host in supplying his RV for the person who is renting it. This was my first time renting an RV, and I needed a large one delivered and set up. I found the perfect campground, "Sweet Tupelo", on HipCamp. Matt communicated quickly with me and also with the campground host. When it was predicted to rain on my delivery date, the campground host contacted Matt and offered for him to set up the RV a day early just so he wouldn't have to set up in the rain. Matt was available to do that, and he also returned the next day to meet me and show me all the things concerning the RV. I never expected to find an RV supplied with condiments, paper goods, and snacks, and he even supplied us with some firewood. Those were all the cherry on top of this delicious Sundae! The RV is very well equipped with cooking utensils and pots and pans and cleaning supplies. We were a group of 5, including 2 teens. The bedding was clean and comfortable. The love seat in the room next to the living room will sleep 2, but being a fold out sofa, it's best for smaller children who will not be bothered by the slim mattress. Matt had supplied an air mattress to go on top if desired, and we did take advantage of that. It is a twin air mattress, and my teen slept on it, and said it was comfortable. The "fireplace" was cozy. The bunk room mattresses are comfortable, and the master mattress was "perfect" according to my mom. The extra camping chairs were great. Matt also supplied a battery operated blower to blow debris off the outdoor rug. Hint: my teens also used it to blow a small campfire into a substantial campfire :) If I had the ability and experience to haul this camper around, I wouldn't hesitate to rent with Matt again. For now, I will be happy to rent again with him delivering it. Highly recommend!!! Excellent communication!!!
