5.0RV was perfect for our family road trip out west! Sarah was so helpful in communicating with us and answering any questions. It had all the basic supplies we needed, and plenty of space to store own things. She was a great host and has a great RV!

4.0Sarah was very responsive and easy to communicate with throughout the entire process. The RV was in good condition, everything worked as expected, and it provided a comfortable experience for our family of five both on the road and at the campsite. There was plenty of space, and overall we felt it was a great value. One thing to be aware of—similar to what other reviewers have mentioned—is the cleaning fee. We were a bit surprised by it, so future renters should plan for this cost unless the RV is returned in spotless condition. Overall, we had a positive experience and would recommend renting from Sarah

4.0This was our first experience driving an RV, and we had a very good experience!!!! The whole experience was smooth and super safe. The camper is very spacious (we were a large group of 4 adults and 4 kids), and it comes with almost everything you might need. Sarah was open and fast in communicating with us, and was very flexible with pick-up/drop-off: thank you! The only downside is that cleaning was not the best.

3.0Pros: Sarah was very quick to respond when arranging trip and flexible with our pickup and drop off times. The RV was clean but did show some wear and tear and bed and couches weren’t very comfortable. It was overall well equipped with kitchen essentials as well as hair dryer and we enjoyed renting the blackstone griddle for the campsites. The RV was a smooth drive and the mirrors were very helpful. Cons: We were not told that the RV was to be fully cleaned upon return and the owner became very rude regarding this (see text from owner in picture below). There is a standard cleaning fee for all renters of $100 prior to rental and we were charged an additional $150 for cleaning after return which seems unreasonable as we were never told we were supposed to clean it and it has been my experience that cleaning costs are included in rentals (as we had already paid $100 standard cleaning fee). We had picked up and taken out trash of course but not cleaned the bathroom fully etc because didn’t know it was expected. Beware of hidden fees and unprofessional attitude of owner.
