All rentals include delivery, setup and pickup. You just enjoy the camping, we take care of the hard stuff. (And the yuck of dumping the tanks !)
Weekly you tow rental is also available.
Nice led lit power awning, large dinette in the slideout. Newer trailer so everything works great. Availability to boondock with optional solar panel (see extra charge add ons) , 2 batteries and led lighting to save power.
For set up we provide the leveling blocks for under the low side wheel, the jack pads for under the 4 stabilizer jacks, a jack foot for installing on the tongue jack and some wood blocks in case the front or rear of the trailer is too high for the stabilizer jacks to reach.
We supply most everything you need,(Plates,cups,pots n pans,etc.) but you must bring your own bedding and towels. There is a coffee maker and filters in the closet. You will also want to bring your own lighting devices ;(Lantern,flashlights,etc.)
You make the reservations at the spot of your choice within the allowed radius of 225 miles from Brown Deer, WI, and we bring it to you. You just have to meet me their for setup and removal. Weekly rental includes the hitch.
We are very understanding, and things are going to happen. Just let us know if there were any issues for us to fix when your trip is over, so the next renter can also enjoy it on their trip too.

Pets are allowed, as long as they are kept off of the furniture and bed. Also, DO NOT leave your pet unattended inside or when tied to the trailer. Chewed RV's are expensive to repair.
No smoking of any kind in the RV. Please bring something to clean up if you spill inside. We will provide a container of wipes to help with clean up. We hope our unit stays as clean as it was when you picked it up.
There is a broom, dust pan and feather wand in the front compartment. These are for your use to help keep the trailer clean. The dust wand is to wipe off the top of the slide before sliding it in to keep debris from catching in mechanism.

DELIVERY radius is up to 225 miles from brown Deer, WI at $1 per mile round trip. (Each way) Minimum delivery charge is $40.
(1)You are responsible for cleaning the inside before unit is returned. We understand the outside will get dirty. Just sweep and wipe out the inside please.
(1.5) You can still rent the RV and tow it if you are renting for a week or more (7 days) In this case the hitch is provided and regular rules apply. You will be provided with (4) 1lb propane cans and (2) 20 lb propane tanks. Nightly rate for 7 days or more is provided as a weekly price in your quote. In this case you will be responsible for dumping the tanks. Regular pick up from Brown Deer location and orientation will also apply. Extra supplies will be provided.
(2) If unit is not clean, you will be charged a $75 cleaning fee.
(3) A complete list of trailer contents is provided. If any are missing, you will be charged to replace them. This does not include normal use items like plates,cups,plasticware,etc.
We recommend not showering in the RV if possible. The tanks will fill up in approx. 2 or 3 days unless you use other facilities to shower.
4) Since this is primarily a delivery only unit, we will exchange cell phone #'s to coordinate arrival and departure times at your destination. We think the convenience of not having to hassle with towing and dumping the tanks will make your trip easier and gives you the choice of camping spots instead of taking spots where their rentals are placed.
5) Camping Space requires room for a slide, water hookup (if needed), 30 amp electric service (Or A/C cannot be used) and room for a 20.5 ft length trailer. Trailer also has cable hook up and a provided coax cable if available. Remember: RV will function on 110 Volt service, but the A/C and refrigerator can't be used.
