The Great Outdoors

Florida is a nature-friendly utopia teeming with conservation areas, preserves, parks, and recreation spots, not to mention the pristine, white-sand beaches that line the Atlantic Ocean. When you rent an RV in Hobe Sound, you will find that the small city is partially surrounded by state parks and natural areas. Atlantic Ridge Preserve State Park might not have any spots for RV camping in your Hobe Sound motorhome rental, but there are tent camping sites available. Biking, boating, canoeing, kayaking, fishing, hiking, or picking wildflowers can be therapeutic ways to get out into nature and find peace of mind at Atlantic Ridge Preserve State Park. Seabranch Preserve State Park is another nearby park worth visiting, located on the water’s edge north of town. The park consists of pine scrub forest and mangrove swamps, both of which are known to support an enormous variety of wildlife, especially migratory birds.

RV Parks

Florida is far and away one of the best places you could rent an RV in due to its abundance of RV parks and campgrounds, not to mention its superior beaches. Floridays RV Park is located right in town, so if ease of access is what you value, this might be your best bet. The park has both nightly and long-term stay rates and is walking distance to grocery stores and other essentials. Internet and a community room are only some of the features of this park when you decide to stay in your Hobe Sound camper rental.

Exploring the City

Hobe Sound is mostly zoned for residential use, largely serving as an exurban bedroom community for people who work in larger cities nearby. There are still some restaurants and brewing companies to patronize in town, as well as some fun attractions in the surrounding areas. The Treasure Coast Wildlife Hospital is a unique point of interest that animal lovers may enjoy. This amazing organization accepts donations to help fund its programs while educating the public on the local wildlife and rehabilitating injured animals.

I'll first start out by saying this is the third time that we rented an RV. To begin with the absolute most important thing is the host. Number one, if you look people are canceled on for no reason in particular and even the day before their trip. Number two, you want the RV presented in the condition that it was shown on the website. Number three, if you have a question you want them to be available at any time for answers. RVs are different, and many of them are different from each other. Owen was spectacular to work with. He answered all the questions that I had when I picked it up, and he was available at any time to drop off. He was easy to work with and very nice to communicate with. I had one particular question about the water supply and via text he showed me exactly what to do. The RV isn't very nice condition, and you can tell that Owen make sure of that. I highly recommend renting this RV and working with Owen. He also has another RV that's larger. You can ask him about it. Many thanks for the great experience.
