Dump your grey water and black water before drop off. Do not need to fill propane I will do that. Sheets and Linens light blankets included if needed. Full downstairs twin upstairs.

- Security deposit: $500.00 (refundable)
- Prep fee: $60.00. This fee will cover preparing the unit prior to each rental. Propane filling, fresh water filling, cleaning the van , and ensuring that she remains new in her appearance and how she drives.
