The Great Outdoors
Rocks State Park in Jarrettsville spreads across 855 acres and features almost four miles of hiking trails, several picnic pavilions, and opportunities for tubing, wading, and fishing in Deer Creek. Rock climbers can make their way up the routes at The King and Queen Seat — a 190-foot rock outcrop overlooking Deer Creek. Those a little less faint of heart can enjoy panoramic views from the top. It’s only 15 minutes' drive away and a great place to visit when you book a motorhome rental in Forest Hill.

Though there aren’t many RV parks within the Forest Hill city limits, there are several in the surrounding area. One option is Bar Harbor RV Park and Marina in Abingdon. Located on the water, the campground has many sites on the water’s edge and some a little more secluded and back in the woods. Interested in spending time out on the water? The marina in the campground has kayak, paddleboat, and paddleboard rentals. Guests can use boat docks and slips to access the water. Exploring the City

Wow, 1st time traveling in an RV and it was as amazing as we hoped. Our great experience had plenty to do with how prepared, knowledgeable and awesome David and Kelly were. They provided us great tips and tricks. They went through all things we would need to know on how to use some of the RV items and they were always available for any questions while we were on our trip. We would 100% rent again from them. The RV is nicely stocked and has everything you need. It's pet friendly. It drives like a dream and has cameras to make turning and reversing easy. It has so much space for traveling with family or brining items with you. There are additional add ons to make your trip smoother. We drove from MD to FL without any issues. We felt completely at ease knowing this RV would take care of us. We're already thinking about our next trip. Thank you both for an amazing and smooth experience!!!
