Pearl has a new AC/Heat pump to keep it comfortable no matter what the weather is. Pearl will sleep two adults and two kids comfortably. She has a flat screen TV with DVD player and Hdmi inputs. Pearl has a full kitchen with refrigerator/freezer, oven/range, microwave and full sink. The restroom has a tub/shower. Pearl is powered by 30 amp city power (also has conversion to 20 amp). Pearl has a hookup for city water as well as a freshwater holding tank for "off the grid glamping". She can also be hooked up to city sewer. Pearl is a great vintage trailer for RV park camping, or off the grid with a generator. Pearl is great for corporate events as well. Pearl makes for a great green room on production sets.
