Within the famous Pine Barrens of New Jersey, the township serves as a prime location for outdoor enthusiasts and RV campers alike. John F. Johnson, Jr. Memorial Park is just one of the many parks located within the township itself that offers a wide range of activities for its many guests. This 95-acre park has lots of nature trails to utilize, as well as a number of sports and recreation areas. Patriot’s Park is the other major park in Jackson and has a large playground in addition to its basketball courts and soccer fields. Colliers Mills Wildlife Management Area and Prospertown Lake Wildlife Management Area can be found in the western part of Jackson; these two conservation-minded areas located within the Pinelands National Reserve focus on wildlife protection and providing a sanctuary from the rampant urbanization.

Aside from its natural surroundings, Jackson has some world-class attractions of its own to keep visitors occupied and happy during their vacation. Throughout the state, Jackson is known for its outlet mall. Major retail brands operate their own stores at this exciting outdoor shopping center so the prices are usually pretty competitive.

Phil was such a nice, energetic guy and a great host! He made a YouTube video explaining all parts of the RV that really helped me get an understanding of everything (as a 1st time RV-er). He gave a thorough walkthrough when I met him to pick it up, and was prompt to communicate throughout our trip.
