Getting Outdoors
The park spreads out across 1,290 acres and encompasses the reservoir, which offers all kinds of water recreation plus 15 miles of shoreline. Lounge on the sand or take a refreshing dip in the designated swim area when a lifeguard is on duty and during certain hours. The beach area is fully equipped with a first-aid station, changing areas, and showers. There is also a concession with beach supplies and food for purchase.
Camping at Spruce Run Reservoir
RV camping at Spruce Run Reservoir is easy and comfortable, thanks to the on-site campground. The facilities include 67 tent and trailer sites with picnic tables and fire rings (there are no group sites available here). Each site comes equipped with a picnic table as well as a fire ring with an attached grill. There are also several cabin-like structures that feature wood stoves and bunk beds. Modern restrooms and showers are located on either side of the campground within walking distance.
Exploring the Area
There are plenty of ways to stay entertained at Spruce Run Reservoir, including playgrounds, basketball courts, and open fields for soccer or volleyball. Consider participating in some of the various historical and natural interpretive programs that the park staff offers seasonally. The majestic park also provides an ideal setting for special events and community activities, including triathlons, sailing regattas, watershed clean-up days, walk-a-thons, and weddings.

Best rental we have had in years. The coach is absolutely phenomenal. Was loaded with everything we needed and everything worked 100% as it should. Communication and customer service with host Adrian was on point and couldn't have been better. We will definitely be renting this every year. Top of the line coach with everything you would need and more! Highly recommend renting this unit from him you Will NOT be disappointed! DO NOT USE RVEZY!! THE SITE IS TRASH AND MORE EXPENSIVE
