Discover Wooster RV rentals for memorable road trips

Wooster is the county seat of Wayne County; it was established in 1812 by a group of men that included General George Armstrong Custer and named after American Revolution General David Wooster. Despite its size, Wooster's accomplishments are extensive. The city is Ohio's agricultural center, attracting Amish farmers to sell their produce and conduct business; it is the host of the Agricultural Technical Institute and the Ohio Agricultural Research and Development Center, two Ohio State University satellite campuses teaching and researching agricultural science. The center shares its research findings with local farmers, and the city is dedicated to education in general. A number of international industrial firms have Wooster headquarters.

Exploring The City

There is lots to see in Wooster, and a good place to start is with a local arboretum. The grounds are immaculately kept with paved walkways and some areas where guests can walk on the grass. Many of the plant species are labeled and have short descriptions. There are vineyards and wineries where visitors can sample the local products, antique stores, and county history museums. Two popular attractions are the JM Smucker Company with a gift shop, an outdoor patio, and a short tour, and an authentic Amish home with tours of the house and barn, buggy rides, and authentic Amish dinners that include a buffet selection. Don't forget to take your Wooster motorhome rental for a spin around the countryside while you're here; chances like this are few and far between and not to be missed.

We had a such a great time this weekend with this rental! Shaq was a great host who had us all set up for a great trip and had everything you would expect to need for camping packed and ready to go! Camper was clean and comfortable with plenty of room for our 18 month old to run and climb around on the bunk beds and the space between the dinette fit our pack and play perfectly to put him down for bed and naps. Towing set up was a breeze as this camper was super spacious but very light on towing and towing hitch provided by host made our trip effortless. Will definitely rent from Shaq again!

Leon and Ruth completely changed my mind about camping — this was glamping at its finest! Their communication was amazing, and the best part was that they had the movie Cars available, which is currently the #1 movie my nephew watches on repeat. We had such a great experience, and I’ll definitely be booking with Leon and Ruth again the next time we head back to Ohio for a camping trip!
